During your craps-betting life, you’ll likely have more losing sessions than winners. Accept it. You must learn to gamble in reality, not in fantasy land. Craps is devised for the player to not win.

Let us say, after 2 hours, the ivories have eaten away at your bankroll down to twenty dollars. You have not observed a smokin’ toss in forever. Although squandering is as much a part of craps as acquiring a win, you cannot end up but feel lousy. You wonder why you even thought about coming to las vegas to start with. You were patient for 2 hours, but it didn’t work. You are looking to win so much that you fritter away control of your clear-headedness. You’re down to your last $20 for the game and you have no fight remaining. Call it a day!

You can never give up, never bow out, never believe, "This sucks, I am going to lay the rest on the Hard 4 and, if I am defeated, then I’ll walk away. But should I succeed, I will be right back where I started." That’s the most brainless action you can do at the conclusion of a non-winning day.

If you can’t accept losing, you have no business placing bets. If you can’t bear not winning a distinct game, then drop out of that session and take your money. Don’t toss your money away on a appalling bet praying to make it huge and win your cash back in one great go.

If it’s an awful night and you lose a lot swiftly, then accept defeat and cash out with the 10 dollars, fifteen dollars, or $20 that you have left. Take that leftover $20, go have a beer in the lounge, enjoy the band. Put it in a 5 cent electronic poker machine and maybe hit a 1,000-coin jackpot for $50. Place it in your pocket, locate your other half, and spend some time with them. Do not relent. Do something other than piss your money away on a non-winning proposition wager. Don’t toss in the towel.
